Not wanting to split hairs but according to TransferMarkt he was €16m which would have been closer to £12m But yeah still pretty bad.
-
I've often wondered this too.

Yes, but then you get the well worn "it's a short career argument". Can't believe people actually buy this as an excuse for money grabbing.
-
Sure there was one v Bristol city or Norwich where they passed it straight to their striker who hit the post. For the sake of balance although I would carry on fwiw
-
And C) managed to do it in a way which does not alienate the players he then depends on eg about "wanya"

If the only way a manager can impress you is to win CL with Grimsby I think you need to find another sport.

I hope we aren't overly reliant on Ricardo. Great player as he is, appearances likely to be intermittent with injury
-
Agree to an extent about his injury record but think there is absolutely nothing wrong with a 27yr old signing a 3 year contract.

Winks is 27!

Willy Caballero confirmed as Assistant Manager
Rhysm replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I don't think it's about whether he would come or not. Cambiasso was a great player for us, doesn't mean anything about his coaching credentials. Assistant manager should be someone the manager is happy to work with, trusts and shares his ideas, not who the fans want -
Manager for the Championship rebuild - who do you want?

Actually it does me, but more so overuse of "shakey" -

Having Maddison, Praet and Perez as wingers offers us a complete lack of pace.

It is a balancing act. Everyone points to maguire sale as excellent business, however we were ourselves throwing silly money bids for Dunk, Ake etc which were all rejected. I hope this time if they do sell they have given enough time to replace
-
I also sadly think money will be top. The way I see it: 1) Traditional big club eg Liverpool, barca etc 2) money 3) size of stage eg European Cup team 4) quality of life for family eg London,Barcelona etc 5) Traing facilities

Agree with this. If the defeats had been spread throughout the season and we hadn't crashed and burned like we did, people would say the season was decent
-
Brighton play decent football and are right up there. We definitely need to improve by a lot next year.

Great to see this unfunny comment translates into multiple languages

No chance he'll go unless he chooses to

Liverpool (H) Tuesday 28th December - K.O 20:00hrs
Rhysm replied to adejo92's topic in Ticket News and Travel
Hi, looking for 2 adult tickets together if anyone has them -
Last season showed that leaving to the last minute no longer gets you a bargain. Brighton and Burnley asking £40+ for dunk and tarkowski and Bournemouth asking £70m odd for Ake. By getting in a bit earlier (ie now) teams are more likely to sell as they have ample opportunity to replace.
