I had the same issue, I didn’t notice until I checked my phone in the pub half an hour before kickoff so I went to the ticket office to join about 50 others in the queue with the same problem, got to the front of the queue just after 3 o’clock. There was still about 50 in the queue after I’d been sorted. Still at least it’s simpler than those plastic cards.

They should price all general sale tickets at £10 for the last 6 home games and try to fill the ground.
