  1. Can anyone disagree with him?? Does anyone see any evidence of a plan?? We’re rudderless, waiting for the next wind to wash us ashore
  2. Terribly sad news. Never heard a single negative word uttered about him, which in such a competitive environment is testimony to his character. Gave us such great memories, and although we didn’t personally know the gentleman, you could tell he was a proper bloke. Rest easy Shakey
  3. Therein lies the problem I guess - right now I’m craving a “my mate bumped into someone who knows X player’s mum, who reckons he’s having a medical next Tuesday”. If the system made TT any quieter it would be a bad thing now…. You’d need to believe that we’re likely to suddenly start doing loads of business or that we’d actually get rumours for it to warrant action. Seems optimistic to me!
  4. Arghhh ok so it’s just a flag system for new posts, doesn’t affect how they’re posted / ordered etc?
  5. Is there a risk of taking the fun out of Transfer Talk with all this analysis?? Surely everyone realises that we’re reading rumours, and some are more likely to happen than others??
  6. Pros: The 3 new signings New sponsor Cons: Signing Vesty for 3 years. Resigning Wilf? That’s a matter of opinion. New sponsor Not shifted a single surplus player Awful fan comms No effort required (would have happened if the office junior was DOF): KDH sale Fatawu Signing Cooper recruited Out of ten I’d give him 5, hasn’t majorly messed up, has done nothing noteworthy
  7. Today!!! Major upgrade to the reveal video, love it!!!
  8. I can’t think why it’s in anyway similar?
  9. I can’t think why it’s in anyway similar?
  10. There’s some huge over reactions going on here.
  11. Why would a company spend £xxm on brand awareness having spent £150 on Fiverr for the brand identity??
  12. It seems to be without any accompanying rumour / known plan… surely has to be us??
  13. Last year absolutely confirmed that his best years were behind him for me. His fitness level was poor, I really hope we’re not going to resign him
  14. Much like most posters I’m gutted to see our future Captain sold to cover Rudkin / Top’s mistakes. Good luck KDH, I genuinely hope your career thrives, thanks for the commitment and full effort every game. We’ll miss you. To our board and social media team; You have Rishi Sunak levels of disconnection. If only you had until Thursday in your roles.
  15. The only logical explanation I can think of

    Joe Rodon

I’ve got a feeling he may fancy Coady too
  17. Enzo ball was way better than that
  18. Blimey. I was deflated enough when Enzo left, a month later we appoint the easiest, cheapest, laziest, least ambitious option of the obvious candidates. If it had to be Cooper then at least do it a month ago so he can have a months head start on his workload. The club is very badly run, it’s difficult to like atm.
  19. I log onto FoxesTalk and slate Rudkin
  20. That’s exactly the point about their incompetence. Most decent businesses have a succession plan. A football club absolutely needs one as the manager can leave with little or no notice, or dramatically underperform. A well run club / competent DOF, has already earmarked and started relationship building with 2-3 options for the position who will have minimal disruption to the clearly defined plan the club is following. We wait until we need a manager, see who’s local / available / applies for the job / agent calls, and pick from those. We’re reactive and have no plan. It’s really sad to see but the board and owner are clueless, reactive, and unprofessional.
  21. Fans reacted too positively to him being linked
  22. Hmmmm … Don’t want to get into semantics but legacy literally means what you leave behind. It could easily be argued that Khun Vichai’s legacy was the reason for a few more years of success, until that effect wore off and Top / Rudkin’s tenure took hold. I’m sure the truth is, as usual, somewhere in the middle of those two poles
  23. loyalty to someone literally wrecking the club, relegation, financial mismanagement and appointing Cooper might be factors?
  24. I was just about to reply to Chelmo: ”You’ll summon the Babylon with talk like this” The Babylon “Rudkin Injustice Detector” is too quick for me though!!!
