No VAR tonight.

'Marescalator'? He's knicked that off Henry Winter.

Great interview with Nacho on RL. The interviewer mentioned the smiles in the training videos and Kelechi replied 'the whole world smiles with you'

Jota currently sharpening his elbows.

I suspect that any tonking will occur away from home as, if the first 4 home matches are a yardstick, almost all teams will set up with the same low block, parked bus, spoiling, frustrating tactics resulting in low scoring wins (with the occasional loss/draw if they get lucky and with a sympathetic ref).

"Where City could get better is at attacking set-pieces. According to Opta, they have the fourth lowest expected goals tally from dead balls. That’s despite having had 44 corners, which is the 13th most in the division." Peter Beagrie disagrees.

And you can still hear an angry voice shouting FORWARD!!!

Can't blame Seagrave for this one. Or can we

I'm in the top corner of the West Stand and, I think, most were out of their seats when Wilf was brought down and stayed up until going back for the restart. I still celebrate goals like a teenager of the 70's, in spirit but not quite as much in body as I would end up in A&E. I'm constantly up and out of my seat. I also stand up with most around me and belt out WYS. I moved from the 'Kop' as I'm getting on but perhaps I should move back.

Money talks and he's very ambitious. -

I'm more concerned about losing our manager. The sacking season starts soon. -
Biggest regret is not getting money for Tielemans off Villa. One of the chief relegation rats but got away with it because of that goal.

They needed to stake their place in the Leicester traffic gridlock. Most of them were sitting in their vehicles queued up around the back of the East Stand with many more in the Freeman's Common chaos as we walked past them. I'd be surprised if it means they get home for tea any quicker.

Bristol City fans still sound triggered about the Vardy celebration. Not sure if they know the 'grass' song has become one of the most boring and unoriginal in the past couple of years. Almost as if they think they are the only fans to ever sing it. I'll miss it when he finally retires. It probably has more effect than any songs that we sing in support of our players.

Yesterday was the worst I've ever seen it. Took over an hour to get out to the M69 past Fosse Park. No obvious reason other than too many vehicles. Even huge stationary queues on the A6 past Oadby towards the racecourse before the match.

The Bristol City number 17 has a super power of recovery. He obviously had a serious, life threatening injury by the touchline in front of the West Stand. Clutching his knee/shin in a curled up ball I honestly feared the worst. Thankfully, the ref waving play on was the catalyst for number 17's super power to activate and he was immediately up and running at full pace thereafter. Phew! Embarrassing.

Hope that doesn't mean that we won't be able to take up the option of signing Fatawu. -
It must sound impressive as away fans react to it.

They should be credited with the assist for the penalty! Worst team we have played at home this season, certainly. Their attempts at passing out from the back were comical.

An interesting match report as seen from the opposition's perspective.... https://www.otib.co.uk/index.php?/topic/222111-match-report-outfoxed-but-not-outfought/ It must seem loud in that away corner when you're in it because I could barely hear BC fans from the opposite side.

I reckon we're going to see loads of half/half scarves tomorrow. Maresca/Pearson Winks/King James/KDH Rennie/our current incumbant
-
Is he the only manager to be sacked from the same club 3 times? Certainly is for ours.

West Stand, C Block.

We've only been impressive in short spells at home this season and always looked vulnerable to the counter. Not sure what these big win predictions are based on. This is going to be very tricky for both teams.
