I just cannot comprehend how it takes so long to get a manager. Even if it's an interim. Aside from the obvious as to who they'd be working for (Rudkin or vacant positions) I can only think that managers elsewhere (in post or not) are veering away from the job because there's no money, no structure, no security about the job. It's a stark reality of where the club find themselves. Struggling to hire a manager to get us out of this hole. Top sacks Rudkin and I bet there'd be some short term gains in terms of personnel and good fortunes.

Me too. But freedom of speech doesn't mean there should be no consequences for it. Say what you want, doesn't mean you can get away with it. Freedom of speech shouldn't allow someone to be able to say what they want without consequences. It's not that you can't physically say you want to burn asylum seekers in hotels, it's that there will be consequences for saying it.

I've resigned myself to getting relegated at Blackburn on the final day, if not earlier because we have players that just don't have the mental or physical fight within them to pull themselves out of the shit. Too many passengers, too many mercenaries and has-beens, and too many players on wages they shouldn't be on. It doesn't bode for a successful outcome. Survival on the final day of the championship isn't, and should not be, classed as a success even.
