  1. Quite...
  2. Absolute cesspit of a place.
  3. Russell Martin or Marco Silva I reckon.
  4. They don't have a say on the images shown.
  5. There was slight controversy in a match earlier between France and Turkey. Crowd really getting into it too which helps.
  6. Why speculate?
  7. I don't have any interest in Archery but for some reason I absolutely love it when it comes round at the Olympics
  8. Sickening. There's an offender that should have his head kicked in. How can you go round stabbing children man ffs.
  9. Still getting the repeated puzzle picture. Annoying. On the positive side, smashed my PB to 0.43s to complete.
  10. Done. Q9 should have a separate sub-question - how many new Thai fans have you noticed since approximately 2010 ?
  11. Seems to do a lot for Arsenal from memory. Quick search on Twitter where Ornstein has mentioned Leicester (ignore the actual tweeter, but they've referenced Ornstein) So not regular, but definitely gets the odd piece here and there.

Interesting - as I've found in the past few days that picture #5 loads up very slowly and when zooming in, it's a bit laggy.
  13. All fair points and over the past 48hrs or so have been sensibly debated. The only thing I'd raise slight umbrage to is the 'has absolutely no idea anyone else is going to come for him'. In fact, I agree with this and understand it. But this wouldn't be a satisfactory defence to kick the one person you know about in the head, and then follow it up with a stamp. That in itself doesn't stop another member of the public from hitting you or attacking you. In terms of the training, I imagine there's a strong element of self-defence practice and training involved. I appreciate no one gets trained to have a broken nose per se, but the training most would get is more about reducing risk and injury to yourself and colleagues and the reactive element in any given situation. To me, they'd already addressed it with the Tasers.
  14. Depending on the contract length, it might not actually be so bad (although I agree he could have been cheaper a while back). £15m over 5 years is only going to be £3m/year so not that much outlay. Very solid defensively and presents as low risk considering his age. Again, it comes back to resale value. We're in a position that if we get 2 solid years out of him, we could get double our money (by Chelsea...) at this rate.
  15. As above, the likes of Ornstein, Percy, Law, Terreur, Moore_94 and Tanner probably should be Tier 1. Di Marzio, Schira and similar in Tier 2. Add SfE to tier 5.
  16. Will be on now. Medal event is scheduled for 4pm.
  17. But if the tyre degradation isn't that significant or impactful on the race, then the unfair advantage is the tyre weighing less and less as each lap goes on. So the trade-off isn't there as much for this track.
  18. China's scores are insane.
  19. Daley and Williams
  20. You've mentioned part of the issue - identical when fresh. So when a driver wears down the tyre so much, they've gained an unfair advantage because they lose more weight with more tyre use. Compared to other drivers who replace their tyres throughout the race, fairly, which means their cars are heavier with fresher tyres.
  21. Don't think it's a sackable offence, personally. A very flippant comment which isn't necessary, but to be sacked for it is very harsh. And I know they're two totally different scenarios and authorities making the decisions, but there's literally a convicted child rapist in one of the teams that's allowed to compete. Makes a mockery of it all that Ballard is sacked while the other can continue doing what they do as a sport. Should Ballard have made the comment? Probably not. Is it an overreaction for him to lose his job. Probably.
  22. A lighter car I presume can move quicker? Instead of a heavier one being pulled along etc? Reading on Autosport, lighter tyres means easier corners, so to speak. Russell had gone so long on one set of tyres that they lost more rubber. Comparatively, Hamilton had fresher tyres meaning he and more rubber on them. It sounds like Mercedes made a genuine error and it wasn't anything intentional or malicious.
