  1. Ref doesn't like these 50/50s.
  2. Big dive from Leao. 2nd time already this tournament?
  3. Turkey's left side getting battered
  4. Akgun needs new boots. About the 3rd time he's slipped.
  5. Keeper clearly called it. Defender messed up badly. Deserves the own goal to his name.
  6. Bernardo Silva scores! No marking by Turkey.
  7. Loving the competitiveness Norris, and McLaren in general, is bringing to F1.
  8. Now Rudkin is thinking we can get him in on the cheap!
  9. He's done nothing wrong there. It's the player that can't finish that's the issue.
  10. Yep. Might as well just go for it. Goals scored might come in to play.

  12. View from behind the goal changed my mind. Should be a goal. Keeeprs own defenders block his view by the time the ball is in the net.
  13. I actually sympathise with the refs for those kind of decisions to make for the Simons goal there. Such a subjective thing to decide.
  14. Why do these such controversial decisions have to fall to the English refs
  15. That's a shame for Simons. It'll be given as offside I think. He's stopped the keeper from diving by being there.
  16. Cox was stupid to try the shot he did.
  17. For all the talent in the French side are Dembele and Thuram the best they can offer?
  18. Saw it was 25 off 18 needed and thought England had got it in the back recovering to that stage. Surprised SA wrestled back the control to win it.
  19. With some things out of our control, and his, I'd be happy to stay up for the sake of it with any given method. The one thing it sounds like Cooper has going for him is the youth/youngster development. That bodes well when you think of some of the players coming through as you've mentioned. I'm not expecting the world from Cooper and given the off-field shenanigans I think it'd be unfair for us to demand that. But if he gets us some scrappy wins and occasionally gets us to play some attractive football then so be it. If we're getting a lucky draw against a bigger side or a scrappy 1-0 win over a relegation rival, again I won't be too fussed that it didn't come along with football that's easy on the eye. I'd be happy to leave that til next season if we survive as a way to get some identity about it. I imagine that from the rumours about why Potter didn't jump at the chance to manage us - wanting more control over transfers - it means that Cooper probably doesn't have much of a say. If that means Rudkin wields more control then I'd be worried. But that worry will be negated if we go back to our older recruitment model of buying young/cheap and selling for a big profit to re-invest in the squad. Difficult, but not impossible. I'm all for wanting something to identify with too, but we're in such a difficult moment as a club right now I'd take a 'survival of all costs' approach. Maybe if we start the season well I'd be open to more of a 'Leicester identity' but we just need to survive to begin with.
  20. England in trouble. Needed these two to hang around for a bit.
