Yep, they still look more likely to score next because of their pressure and dominance. Hopefully their youthfulness works in our favour and they start to tire. We score and pressure a lot in the final 15-20 minutes of games, but usually that does rely on a stronger bench too.

Vestergaard absolutely belted it at him though to be fair

Seems a bit languid at times but at others, he's willing to drive on. But doesn't seem too aware of what's around him, be it our own players or theirs. I do keep reminding myself that he is only 20, and he must be highly rated for a reason...

Weird because we've not been playing that well, and Sunderland have been the better side. But we could have scored 3 but for their keeper and the woodwork. We need to find some of that determination and grit to soak up the pressure and be much more precise and clinical on the break. They do build up quite well and have a lot of movement on and off the ball, and it catches us out until we get enough bodies back. Ricardo is doing well defensively to cover, but we have been sloppy for too much of the first half.

We've lost the ball so many times, recovered it well then lose it again. Quite frustrating.

We're struggling here. Difficult to get any kind of flow to our game as they press high and in numbers. The space isn't in behind either.

Casadei does well to drive forward but feels to me he lacks in his decision-making.

Also notice Sunderland cut off the supply from Mads to Winks. It should leave us with one player spare further up the pitch which should be Casadei or Iheanacho.
