  1. 3x adult tickets in block 122 available. £60 for the 3. I can drop off around Leicester / North Leicestershire (or you can pick up from Barrow).
  2. This has the potential to really take off.
  3. A couple of examples at 47.10 and 49.50 (the latter the better). Great post!
  4. King Power provided a facility to the Club of £91m in Oct-19 in relation to the training ground (not reflected in the May-19 financial statements but noted as a subsequent event).
  5. Nice dashboard, although I think the mapping of the financial statement accounts is slightly misleading. Of the £240m total debt amount mentioned, only £56m of it would really be considered third party debt, which is the loan with Macquarie (more detail here: https://tinyurl.com/y7o78ht4), and £36m relates to amounts owed to companies within the King Power group. The remaining balance can be split as follows: - £97m - Transfer fees payable (which although could be considered a debt-like item, should be looked at with the £53m transfer fees receivable (i.e. net position of -£44m)) - £28m - Working capital (Accruals & deferred income - £14m; Other creditors - £10m; Trade creditors - £4m) - £24m - Taxes (Tax & social security - £18m; Deferred tax - £6m) Taking into account the considerable intangibles balance of £179m (i.e. the players), and various other current assets, the Club was in a net asset position of £133m at 31 May 2019, so I don't think there's anything particularly concerning from a debt perspective at that point in time. Will be interesting to see the FY20 financial statements, and whether there's any tangible impact of covid through May-20. Hopefully any impact is offset in FY21 with Champions League revenue!
  6. 4 adult tickets available for this (will sell in pairs)
  7. Although I’m not personally a huge fan of the song, I do think there is a salient point to be made. If we are serious as a club about investing in youth, as the new training ground would imply, this sort of chant for one of our younger players would go a long way to enticing the best of future generations to our club. I think we can all agree Maddison would love a song of his own; how he would kill for something like this!
  8. Looking for 2 tickets to this please if anybody can help.
  9. Leicester City are on the verge of signing two centre backs, which would pave the way for the club to sell Harry Maguire to Manchester United. Leicester expect United to make a late bid for Maguire and they value the England defender at £65 million. They have prepared for the possibility of his departure by agreeing deals to sign Caglar Soyuncu, from Freiburg, and Filip Benkovic, of Dynamo Zagreb, for a combined £33.5 million but Claude Puel will still bring in both players even if Maguire remains at the club. Maguire appears to have emerged as United’s best option as José Mourinho desperately tries to bolster his squad before the transfer window closes tomorrow. Bayern Munich valued Jérôme Boateng at nearly £45 million, while Tottenham Hotspur want about £65 million for Toby Alderweireld. Both players are 29, four years older than Maguire. United initially wanted to sign Boateng on loan, but Bayern rejected that idea. Sport Bild, the reputable German newspaper, claimed last night that Boateng called Mourinho to tell him that he did not want to join United. They said that Niko Kovac, the Bayern Munich manager, persuaded him to stay at the German club and fight for his place in the team instead. Tottenham said there has been no bid yet from United for Alderweireld. He is in the final year of his contract, which includes an option to extend it for a further season. However, the same clause allows Alderweireld to leave for £25.4 million before the final 14 days of the transfer window next summer. Maguire is Leicester’s only centre back under 30 — Jonny Evans is 30, Yohan Benalouane 31 and Wes Morgan 34. Soyuncu, 22, will cost £20 million and has been offered £50,000 a week. Benkovic, 21, will be £13.5 million and has had a medical with the club.
  10. The Times reporting we’ve agreed a deal for £20m, and offered wages of £50k pw, as well as agreeing a deal for Benkovic (£13.5m and had a medical).
  11. Looking for 1 ticket please
  12. Anybody have an issue with the search option in Genesis? Got a new Zoomtak box but Genesis is pretty slow on it and I keep getting an error along the lines of 'cache filled before reaching required amount for playback'.
  13. I agree, and I did say I'm happy with the squad. Can't deny our defence has been superb this season, but I'd put my neck out there and say that figure would less if we had Mark Hudson from the start of the season partnering Wes. Don't think it's that outrageous to suggest there are positions which could be improved (CB partnering Wes being the most obvious). Although I do agree, Keane has been very composed and I'm not calling for the change. Pearson knows best and has built an exceptional squad, especially with regards to team spirit.
  14. To be fair Hudson is quality. Would partner Wes superbly and I believe he is the natural leader we could do with. Although we won't go for him/get him, and I'm more than happy with our squad at present.
  15. Your friend seems like a top lad.
  16. Yeah i'm being an ignorant tosser and have no understanding of what an intermission is and why it is required, my bad.
  17. American Football and the undeserved popularity a game with more intermissions than actual gameplay gets from the UK. Everybody is the worlds biggest NFL fan when the Super Bowl comes along. I doubt Americans have a w*nk fest when it's the FA Cup or Champions League Final.
  18. If you want to upgrade your phone you have to renew your contract, and the only way you can get out of that contract, once you've agreed to it, is to pay out the remaining months. So that's not worth it, I don't think. Worth a shot calling them up and acting as if you want to cancel your contract. They'll forward you to their customer retention centre who'll potentially offer you a quality deal.
  19. That was quality banter.
