Went to Grantham v Walsall Wood, a 2-2 draw, probably a fair result. We played some good stuff against a much fancied team and matched them for most of the game, Wood are full of step 3 players and got a 97th minute equalizer. They had Richard Gregory on the bench and we had a lad from our youth team who was with Holwell Sports last season! A bizarre statement has come out from Wood this morning full of grammatical errors, their FA Cup replay v Worcester was abandoned after floodlight failure, it's not a good look spending hugely (allegedly) on recruiting players and then your floodlights fail on game 1!
