It would appear f@cking around over £2m for a crocked player has shown a ruthless well run club how desperate we are. And enzo isnt lying about needing to sell to bring one in as he is openly saying in the press, you almost sense his annoyance about it too.
-
If we sell now We’re NOT going up. 9 goals and 9 assists there is no way we’re replacing that.
-
Enzo just said nothing is imminent without a sale.
-
Some people seem to forget he came into the side out of desperation by Rodger’s and did well. His development since has been mismanaged. He’ll do very well up there a solid defensive full back!
-
It’s really stupid on his part. And only adds to the bizarre senseless things he get up to off the pitch. And here’s me thinking fatherhood and matured him a little bit. On the pitch he is doing fine and a really important part of the squad. He’s a silly tw@t for doing what he did and I would say in general wider society there is still an immature attitude towards drink driving.
-
Most games we play with high possession with the ball on the ground, it’s not nearly as important as being technically good with the ball at your feet. Like winks.
-
This is the absolute issue his fitness.
-
That’s a fair assessment, he was starting to show glimpses and I’m sure he’ll have improved further as the season went on, he’ll do well in his career I’m sure but no way is he ready for Chelsea. This has to be linked to Enzo’s probable assessment that sensi is a more vital player, with his injury record is a little risky.
-
No KDH, NDIDI Afcon and now Cesare going. Ominous.
-
Assuming he’ll get an increase should we get promoted, I’m sure he’ll happily wait it out.
-
He’ll definitely be aware of our very recent successes and winning trophies. He’ll no doubt win one this year if he joined.
-
It was actually a Cov fan that highlighted this. Giving exact locations, which is fair enough and allowing this to dealt with very quickly. Hope we smash these c*nts today. We’ll not see them again for another decade.
-
Without doubt those questioning his ability are wide of the mark he is still a good footballer. His injury record would be the concern and risk !

Sven Sad News released on Talksport

His appointment shows the craziness of our early years under Vichai. Luckily got the opportunity to sit and chat with him at the end of year awards. Humble and nice guy. -
Good player, injuries aside! Would he drop the championship and be a squad player? Unless he replaces Wilf.
-
Maybe but at the same time they spent £12m on a youth player from Sporting who now warms their bench. A waste of money with FFP in mind for their next accounts. Their loss is now our gain.
-
This will be a loan. He’ll want to still be a Leicester player when we get promoted and his wages I assume will increase in line. I assume other clubs won’t want to pay his wages that he was on pre relegation when they could get him cheaper even it’s a 6 month loan. Think they also have 3 keepers in their squad, trying to not get my hopes up.

https://theathletic.com/3956443/2022/12/02/tom-cannon-everton-academy/?amp=1 Good write up, sorry for those that can’t see it. But an article from dec 2022 that suggests he could be the answer to Everton’s goal woes and how he has quickly developed. While any player at U21 can look like the next big thing you’d think his loan success at Preston would have made the penny drop at the Everton hierarchy. You’d bed him into the first team and not spunk yet more millions via their broken recruitment system. Bet we couldn’t believe our luck and it says a lot when we still went ahead in spite of the injury found. It’s still early days but he looks the real deal and you can see that confidence and belief from him in his own ability.

This is the exact action needed to be taken. Police don’t need to be involved, I’ve seen so much footage in the last 3 months of police in action I find it extraordinary that the police think they need to be seen to do something in this situation. Shame them and Ban them let them fall into the insignificant sc*m bags they are.
-
Lots saying we must recruit whilst Enzo is also saying we won’t. if it’s squad numbers then Iversen will free up a space but I’m not sure who else goes out the door.
-
Good goalkeeper just didn’t fit in with the Enzo way of playing. I hope it works for him and gets a good permanent move.
-
Unless it’s old footage, he today posted him training at Seagrave. Would he not have travelled yet?
-
A player we need to sign at all costs, his ceiling is huge and if by missing AFCON it goes towards helping him signing him then fair play to him and where he sees his immediate future - bigger things likely in the future mind. This quells a lot of fear for the drop off in performance in Jan due to AFCON, joint most big chances created in the league and he’s now starting to see the output with assists etc. He’s now essential to getting promoted. Very special player this is good news and I’m sure he’ll get chances for the national side when he’s tearing it up in the premier league.
-
Casadei doesn’t start. We’ll need cover for Afcon and his versatility will be important for us to see the season. Already got good experience in England and will add a bit of guile. No brainer for me
-
Indeed a player that has regularly been given the armband but what does Enzo know! . A few on here moaned as to why we gave him a new contract at a time where we had zero idea how the team would pan out. A player who had led the league in tackles and interceptions. He is so versatile and we can rely on him to always put the effort in and at certain times of the game you know he’ll be putting in that last ditch tackle. Definitely matured as a player and does what he does well.
