It was boring by and large FFS we won the league and that’s all that mattered. The fact that manager chose to leave has nothing to do with the opinion that lots of fans had that it didn’t excite etc. What matters is the club had made the right decisions once that manager left to get us fully ready and prepared- at the moment it looks dire and with points deduction crikey. The club board have again taken the approach of things we’ll be ok with no sense or urgency or risk taken, asked the manager to play a similar style and provided no quality additions to the squad - if Enzo was still here I reckon he’d be walking soon enough. If Cooper picks a similar team then we on a hiding to nothing.

Good player that has lots of room for improvement. I think a lot said they expected a few frees and use of the loan market, well this is one of those pretty good loans. So what if it’s Brighton, that’s where we are in the hierarchy now stop being so precious. It’s going to be tough staying up and yes I think 3 - 4 more are needed but it’s a start. As for Alves I’m certain he’ll go out on loan or be in or around the first team, need to extend his contract first !
