  1. Bamford on a free…
  2. Same as Ruud said just before the window closed in January.
  3. Stansfield confirmed to be a doubt for Birmingham.
  4. Doesn't sound like Marti is expecting any incomings.
  5. Random Leeds Twitter accounts suggesting they are in for him for a loan with an obligation. No accounts of actual credibility though. Doubt we'd agree to that anyway, as surely they would only be obliged to pay if they stay up, so no use at all to us.

    Money issues, apparently.
  8. They aren't it was a typo. Its 5m.
  9. It is, for us.
  10. He's now edited it to 5m
  11. Ipswich now interested according to Nixon.
  12. Yes, loan window closes at the same time.
  13. Dorset did suggest that we'd changed our position due to the sales of McAteer and Justin, but agreed in that I doubt we'd agree to a loan with an option that doesn't give us any guaranteed money.
  14. AI suggests Omlin is good at playing out from the back, but his long range distribution isn't as good. Injuries and that their current keeper is younger and seen as equally good at short and long distribution is why he is now the number 2 at Mönchengladbach.
  15. Link: https://t.co/NA2zTd3Z3k Here’s the translation of the Sky Sport article titled “Bilal El Khannouss part au clash avec Leicester City !” (published on 27 August 2025): "Bilal El Khannouss is heading for a clash with Leicester City!" The tension is rising between the Foxes and their Moroccan mastermind. Here's the situation: Things have turned sour between Bilal El Khannouss and Leicester City. Negotiations with Crystal Palace are already tough—Leicester are still awaiting a response after sending a final counter-offer this Tuesday. Meanwhile, Leicester continue to reject attractive offers for the Moroccan. sky-sport.ch Furthermore, recent approaches from Saudi Arabia are swaying the English club's mindset—they believe they might secure significantly more cash from a Saudi Pro League team than from clubs able only to offer a loan deal with an obligation to buy. Consequently, the player feels his choice is being influenced. sky-sport.ch As it stands, Leicester are demanding £26 million, plus £3 million in bonuses, totalling £29 million to release their attacking midfielder. Some clubs, notably VfB Stuttgart, are apparently willing to meet that valuation—but only via a loan with an option to buy. sky-sport.ch Moreover, Leicester had initially indicated that a loan with an obligation to buy could be an option during a meeting on Tuesday—but reversed their position on Wednesday, dismissing any such proposals outright when one interested club submitted exactly that. sky-sport.ch In any case, Bilal El Khannouss has made clear his desire to leave the club and isn't going to change his mind—even if forced to stay until the end of the transfer window. The midfielder reiterated during a meeting that he no longer sees his future with the Foxes and is even prepared to sit out the entire season in the stands in the Championship if necessary.
  16. Great deal for Palace for Pino:
  17. We will know for sure in Jan 26 when the EFL request to see our accounts. If we are breaching PSR by that point we will be asked to submit a business plan then and potentially be placed under a transfer embargo. This is what they tried to do last time we were in the Championship, but as proven they didn’t have the authority to enforce it. They now do. So if Rob is correct and we don’t spend a splurge of money, without any further outgoings we should be ok from the risk of an embargo being enforced for 25/26 in January. Obviously, this is aside of any points deductions for 23/24 or and possible charges if we have breached for 24/25.
  18. I think I'm right in saying we will have to share our finances with the EFL in January as we have been charged for PSR in the past. If we are projected to fail 25/26 then we would be required to submit a business plan, which is the very thing they tried to do last time and failed as they didn't have the authority to do this. Since the rules have changed they can now enforce this and make us submit a business plan and enforce a possible transfer embargo if we are projected to fail PSR at that point, despite us having until the summer to sort the finances. If Dorset is correct it means we shouldn't have any issues with the EFL for PSR in 25/26, assuming we don't go on a massive spending spree now or in January, which is unlikely considering we've only signed a goalkeeper on a free so far.
  19. We are selling Kristiansen too. Faes if we are lucky. Both of those will add to the funds IF we feel the need to make signings. I hope we are intending of using the loan market at least.
  20. Arguably the biggest news in this is that we should satisfy PSR for this season and that’s before any transfer for Kristiansen and possibly Faes and Winks etc. If that is true there should be no reason for any talk of a transfer embargo any time soon despite claims here otherwise.
  21. Completely different players, in comparing Pino and El Khannouss. Although Pino is comparable to Eze. Makes its strange why they would be interested in him at Bilal at all, unless it was as well as Pino. Although they aren't going to be spending £40m + on Pino and then meeting our demands for Bilal either. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
