You have to look at the DOF for the hand all our failing managers are dealt. Giving out contracts to aging players and players that aren’t good enough has been our downfall. The manager is responsible for team selection and tactics so he also has to be held accountable. However to allow the squad to become so weak mentally, to not recognise what positions we desperately needed to strengthen and as above giving contracts to mediocre players lies at the hands of Rudkin.

They’ll start next game and they’ll be 💩 We keep going around and around making the same mistakes, it’s a vicious circle. Im not disagreeing with you either, our inability to put in a competitive performance for 90 minutes costs us most games. Bar one or two players our squad is made up of Players who don’t want to be here and don’t try Players who aren’t good enough and don’t try. Players who aren’t good enough but do try. Combine this with the pathetic style of play our Manager insists we begin every game then it’s a recipe for disaster.

First match was in 1979 and I’ve loved this club ever since, my home City and there have been many highs and lows over the years and the lows always hurt, but now I feel nothing, no connection with the team, there are no “favourite” players to get behind no fighters in the team giving their all. It’s just a complete mess from Top (how apt) to bottom. I’ve just seen we’ve got a goal back 😑 which probably will be enough to keep the manager in a job that’s how low our expectations are. Dreadful players stealing a living. The club is rotten.

Trying to copy prime Pep sides with garbage players who don’t give a 💩 it’s incompetent management of the highest order.

And seen to be worth a new contract, it’s unbelievable and disgusting in equal measure

How have we ended up with no decent full backs at the club? It’s not as if it’s a difficult position to fill, absolutely pathetic management.

Needs to start every game as he’s the best option we have. Pleased for him today.

Definitely need a RB and a striker. If we can offload Soumare in January I’d be happy. Massive improvement needed to the squad in the summer.

Understandable that Daka gets stick because he’s there to score goals and doesn’t, however for me Soumare is worse as he offers absolutely nothing for the team, he’s a passenger in 95% of his games, no assists, goals, and defensively awful. Add in the fact he looks so slow and lazy he’s been one of our worst signings ever. It’s the best for everyone that he moves on in January, I’m just amazed that he’s still linked with teams such as Milan.
