Not helping with Masood looking like he’s playing for his average

So many dot balls when we need almost 10 an over.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing but why put them in on a sunny hot day? This has been a really poor display from what on paper is a strong team. Whats the coach thinking? Our limited overs display this season has been so disappointing.

Why oh why does he keep getting a game? we can all see he’s useless, offers no creativity, never scores, lumbers around the field offering no protection to the defence. He’s got no drive or energy and yet here we are still giving him a game every week. In a club with so many problems he’s one of or if not the worst.

He will go and leave the dross behind. I (like everyone else) am tired of constantly moaning about the same players, it’s soul destroying to see such rubbish playing week in week out.

Shan should go on and make a 100 and we potentially win the game. Orr batted slowly but stayed in and upped his run rate, what Shan with all his experience should have done. As I mentioned in a previous post with the team we can field we have to qualify, no excuses.

Agree entirely but trying to sell the mediocre and the deadwood is the problem, nobody’s going to buy them.

Poor show today, totally outplayed so far but still in the competition. No excuses if we don’t eventually qualify as the team we field is far stronger than most others.

Simon Grayson, I didn’t rate him at all, very average but he gave everything for the team and I grew to like him, plus I had the pleasure of meeting him last year at Everards and what a nice guy!

Brain dead cricket at times throughout the T20 comp, yesterday a classic example, not batting the full 20 and putting 200+ on the board was criminal and as for the bowling 😩. Too much muddled thinking on field and probably over thinking off it by the coach. We should have qualified comfortably and yet found a way to lose games we were controlling.

I left with a few balls of the last over to go, game over and a win for us, just this minute saw that we lost 🤷‍♂️ just how?

Lost to a bang average side unfortunately. Not sure why we continue with Wood and why only bowl Thomas 1 over 🤷‍♂️ Scriven bowled superbly again. It just seems to be muddled thinking or maybe overthinking? Fons needs to get a grip. 2 games left and need to win both to have any chance.
