Our plans to stay in the game until 75 and then try and steal a winner? It’s a 5 back with 2 CDM’s, it’s so negative. Let’s hope they’ve worked out a master plan
-
1 goal 1 assist, it was Barnes who scored 2.
-
Ok. So he has 17 in 29. How dreadful. Those ‘mucking around’ goals have increased our GD vs Everton and could be vital next week.
-
3 goals, 5 assists in 15 games since the World Cup. 10 goals, 9 assists in 28 games overall. This idea that he’s been poor is staggering, when our defenders have allowed 65 and people blame Amartey or Ward only 🤦♂️
-
He was decent on soccer AM once to be fair
-
We’re going to get battered all game, they’ll miss a few sitters, end up something like 17 Newcastle corners, 30 odd shots, and then, Maddison will ‘dive’ in the edge of the box, 89th minute, put the free kick top corner. 1-0 win. Never in doubt.

I was Jon Rudkin last night 🤷♂️

It’s almost like not sacking your manager blindly is the smarter moan, Forest & West Ham showing this
-
I’ve been exposed

Let’s just add a little bit of balance to this; He’s been at Leicester longer than most of you have been alive, in his first full season as DOF we won the league. He’s has a great track record in his other roles at the club. I point this out, because people act like he’s done nothing for the club.

53% want them to sell….. To who? Do people think there are unlimited billionaires lining up to buy football clubs? 😳

Ok, I’m not shocked you stopped at this point because we were good after the Spurs defeat. Did you want him sacked then, as after this we beat Leeds, Wolves, Forest, West Ham& Everton in the next 7, before the WC we were playing well, then it was a shambles. -

This act that Soyuncu is some baller is astonishing, we’ve allowed 13 goals in the 6 games he’s started, with one win, he’s been awful for a long time. To answer to other quotes, do I think we would have been better with Rodgers, yes, yes I do. Sacking him, with no plan, and going to Dean Smith was suicidal. If we sacked Rodgers earlier, and found an established manager, not one who survived because goalline technology failed, we might have had a chance, but sacking Rodgers for Smith relegated us. But ‘Anyone but Rodgers’ 👍 -

Well, it couldn’t have been much worst could it? Everyone has this belief that changing managers leads to instant success. Southampton down. Leicester down. Leeds probably down. Clubs surviving, Forest, stuck with Cooper, West Ham, stuck with Moyes 🤔 -

'Anyone but Rodgers' hey? That's worked out really well. -
Isn’t what I said was it, but that’s a fine way to avoid the topic. He was at fault for at least 2 today, or are we going to ignore it because it wasn’t all 5? 🤡
-
Find me these games. 12 goals against in 5 games, would have been 17+ without Iverson vs Everton He’s always all over the place, Evans made him look great because he told him what to do
-
Turkish Matt Mills, awful, awful player. No idea how he's been hyped up and is consistently awful.
-
Another strange person wishing it happens for likes on the internet........
-
No, but clearly you’re looking forward to the potential for likes on the internet 😳
-
Guys 50 and our best striker still.
-
Don’t worry lads, #AnyoneButRodgers remember, so it’s alright. 🤮
-
As utter outrageous, and desperate as this sounds, and I’m aware he was awful as the women's coach, but just give it to Heskey. He knows the club, he knows the owners, he knows the player and he knows the fans, he’s a local lad, and he loves the club, because honestly, whatever tactics he has, even if it’s nothing, it can’t be any worse than yesterday. I doubt we get a FT manager before the end of the season, and let’s be honest, some managers manage different leagues better, I’d rather wait and get someone more suited to whatever happens than appoint someone now who will be remembered for relegating a Premier League winning team
