Feels like the risk is less on the footballing side, he seems to have a clear attacking philosophy and let’s be honest we couldn’t look less well organised. The risk seems to be more off the pitch following his stint at PSV where he fell out with the owner, his assistants and players by all accounts. That’s impressive! We’ve had Enzo who looked like a players person, Cooper who seemed nice but maybe lacked the tactical nous to win over the squad and now to a straight talking Dutchman. Could be wrong but if there is a development area for him it’s his man management. Time will tell and may need an arm round the player balance as his number 2.

Went out on the beers in London about a year ago and ended the night with a curry. On the tube back to St Panc the next morning and my stomach started cramping up. Running late for the train so had no choice but to sit out the 20min tube journey under increasing stomach cramps while clinching my buttocks together. By the time I hit St Panc I'm in agony. Waddle through the station, hit the toilets and absolutely explode. Sit for a minute trying to catch my breath and only then realise there was no toilet paper! Search my bag but nothing I can use (with hindsight should have used my socks!). I then spot three used crumpled up bits of toilet paper on the floor. I begrudgingly pick them up, unfold them and clean myself up as best as I can before rushing for my train with a few mins to spare.

The problem he has is we play with a deep midfield 2 and he's 4th choice behind Ndidi, Winks and Skipp so is just never going to get regular pitch time.
