Carl the Llama Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Ha, relax!! Just a light hearted observation! Do you not see my member title?
ScouseFox Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Haha, poor Wolves lad. Makes a compliment, questions Pearson (like half the people on here have at some point), and gets absolutely crucified!!  nobody calls nigel a nob and gets away with it!Â
Raw Dykes Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 You have been on a great run and deserve to be staying up.......see you at the liberty next season. Â Thanks! What is it that makes Swansea such a likeable club, and a club just down the road from them so detestable? Â Â Also just wanted to say congratulations on staying up. A quite monumental feat considering where you were a couple of months ago. 6 wins in 8 is the something you never see from a team in the bottom half, never mind rock bottom. You deserve to stay up because of that run. I'd still bin Pearson personally if I were your owners. IMO from the outside looking in you stayed up despite him not because of him and his mentalness is only going to cause more problems in the future. Maybe that season as Robson's assistant at WBA when they did their "great escape" with 34 points had some bearing though. Â Thanks, yeah, it was a good run, wasn't it? You'd still what now?! Â This is crazy talk. Seriously. Not many of us care how he comes across in press conferences. Some people think he might act like that intentionally to take the focus off the players in order for them to get on with their job in peace. If you ask me, I think that maybe it's a bit of that, and partly the added pressure of being in the top division. What matters is results, and no-one can argue with what he's done for the club. Â Stayed up despite him? You have got to be kidding. This is the team that he built. Despite not getting results for a large portion of the season, the performances were almost always good. From inside the club, it's easy to see he knows how to put together a good side, so it's easy to dismiss rubbish statements like that. Â It will be a sad day when he's no longer the manager of this club.
The Bear Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 Â Is a pretty good description of everyone's favourite manager Jose Mourinho, so he can't be that bad if that's your worst criticism! Â Â Funnily enough I did think of Mourinho when I posted that. He gets away with it due to winning trophies though.

They can feck off!  Nige would probably tell me to **** off and die!

This is a Pearson trait though, in virtually every season he's been here we've ended it strongly, often with the pressure on but none as intense as this one.  There is a case for parting ways and it wouldn't shock me if he does go. He deserves criticism when it goes wrong and we have bad runs of results, on the flip side he deserves credit for turning it around, especially sticking with the previously maligned three centre backs system and signing Huth.
FC Halifax Posted 18 May 2015 Posted 18 May 2015 Awesome,Leicester well done..Have a soft spot for you for obvious reasons. Vardy for England...
