Any other American foxes ordered from lcfcdirect lately? Order place July 28, still no kits. That's a long freaking turnaround time, international shipping or not.

i know they were waiting for a shipment of numbers the other week. i wanted 17 and had to have 9. could have something to do with the printing?

I ordered a kit in January of this year and it arrived in 10 days. I thought that was pretty good.

But if, like others have said, numbers and/or letters were out of stock that may explain some of a delay.

edit: You could call them, or email [email protected]. From what I've heard they're pretty helpful.

LCFC being ever classy always send things via Cunard's QM2. Best check when the next transatlantic crossing is for a better idea of your delivery date.

Haha it's a total of 5 kits so I knew it would take a little bit but damn! Can't wait to see the courier from Leicester arrive at my door bruised, dirty and weathered from his long journey with my goods.

Also just as an FYI, both times I've ordered from them delivery required a signature. So try to send it where someone will be present, if possible.

lol

Typical LCFC.

It shouldn't really take more than 7 working days.

Thanks for making this topic. I was wondering something similar. Need to order a kit.

Are you in North or South Carolina?

What was the exchange rate on the shirt?

I tried using my USA registered card before but the LCFC online store wouldn't complete the transaction. I've also tried using my UK account and it wouldn't process the delivery to US. Such bollox

To be fair, whenever I've ordered anything from the U S of A it's taken months to arrive at times. I would contact them and say "oi, where's me stuff, me duck".

Ordered a white shirt (personalized with Huth on the back) and some other stuff late at night (central time) on the 18th. It arrived today. 4 business days to get from Leicester to middle of nowhere Wisconsin.

I'm pretty happy with that service.

My wife tried to order me the new kit from LCFCdirect when it first came out but couldn't get the transaction to process using our Canadian credit card. Not sure if this was a site problem or a wife problem. Anyway, she ended up ordering from UKsoccershop.com and it took over a month to get here and they forgot to include the Premier League patch, which they have sent out, but it's been another month and still waiting!

Also, does anyone have tips on getting a foreign card to work in ordering on LCFCdirect in case I'm looking to buy in the future. I've got Canadian and American cards and would rather order directly through LCFC than a third party.

I tried using a Discover because it had a lower foreign transaction rate, but it wouldn't go through. I used my Visa through Chase and that has worked three times on the site. Hope this helps.

She had only tried the Canadian card last time, so I'll try one of our American accounts next time. Thanks for the tip!
