demon_dog Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Spent nearly an hour last weekend trying to explain the offside rule to my wife. I pointed out that Mahrez looked offside with one of his goals (can't remember which 2nd?) She couldn't understand why Vardy was not offside with his one on one with the keeper. Help what do I do?

You think that's bad? My ex... we were getting on great at the time and so I decided to pay her the ultimate compliment and invited her to watch a Leicester game. Her response? " can i bring a book?" It didn't last long after that.
bovril Posted 14 December 2015 Posted 14 December 2015 Had the following conversation with my partner during the Hull shootout: Her: "Is this for the Champions League". Me: "Er... no". Her: "So why are they having a penalty shootout?".
