leicester city do gk coaching on week days,

shot stopping, kicking really far, and throwing.

they dont do coming for crosses or commanding your area though.

Can give you my mate Conrads number if you want?

He's recently come out the game and is looking for some work

Well that's obviously bollocks..... Conrad has never actively looked for work.

To be honest mate, once you get past kids ages, you'll only get coaching within a club somewhere. Your best bet is to get yourself played again as soon as possible and just coach yourself/get your reaction times back etc. 5 a side is a decent place to start to get your footwork and reflexes back up to scratch, and in terms of kicking, just get yourself out on a park with a ball somewhere to work on your distance and technique. Once you get in goal, it'll all come flooding back anyway.

My suggestion would be to get in contact with the organisers of the kids courses and see if they want any help.

That way, you get to see the coaching, you'll take part in the drills, get all the benefits of it but without having to pay for it / feel like a pleb being an adult on a kids course.

I can also recommend YouTube as there's plenty of clips on there for drill ideas - especially the England keepers, they have quite a few brilliantly good drills (downside is you need lots of balls and 2 other people that can put the balls in the right places)

Hope that helps - from the best goalkeeper Foxestalk FC ever saw ☺️
