Rivalries aside, no leafs or Canadian fan should ever want a yank team to win in these times. Whilst loads of our boys play in the states, elbows up and bring the cup home even if we got yanks on our team. Canada needs this lol.

Honestly I don't even hate this Habs team. Josh Anderson is from my hometown.

Tonight’s game 2 for the Avs is going to be a big thing, with how the goalie situation was throughout the season, will bednar continue with Wedgwood after how the last game went, or will he go with Blackwood and take a risk on the goalie who has yet to play this postseason. The way the wild played game 1, this is a team the Avs need to dominate in game 2, don’t want a repeat of the Vegas series from a few years back

Whoever the Leafs don't pick out of McKenna and Stenberg will be great there with the young talent.

The Sabres are the only US team that plays the Canadian national anthem before every game, even when they aren't playing a Canadian team.

 

At least half their fan base comes from right across the border.

Unbelievable win by the Avs, didn’t think they could pull it off, but those last 3 minutes of the third period was crazy. Mackinnon shows why he is one of the best in the league.

 

Hopefully the ducks/knights series goes a bit longer, Avs need as much rest as possible.
