Steelers having a bad few weeks.

Wrong thread?

Apart from that, I concur only partially.

Given the fact the team lost its two starting QB early on, a 22nd consecutive winning (or rather non-losing) season is still impressive.

Shame they bowed out that early during the playoffs.

There's always next season. Under a new manager this time. Always be grateful to Mike Tomlin for the Super Bowl win against the Cardinals. What a game that was.

I read that ITV going to be showing at least 1 game a week for free, that is pretty cool, I hope the NHL catches on in the UK

Yeah the first was last week on ITV4 on Saturday afternoon.

That second wildcard spot in the western is gonna go down to the wire! Great win for the Sharks with Celebrini reaching 100 points

Be nice if the Sharks could squeak in there.

Crazy in the East that Buffalo are in and Florida aren't.

Playoffs here we go, unless you're the Leafs, or the Panthers ;)

Celebrini with 3 points in the final game of the season. Breaks the Sharks single season scoring record with 115 points, at just 19 years of age.

I'm pulling for the Sabres, which will probably mean they're out in the first round lol

Penn Derby!

Pens all the way.

As long as Crosby stays healthy.

Will have to wait until next season for him to break through the 1800-point barrier, though.

Would love to see Sid make another good playoff run.

I just don't feel right getting on board with that lol

Good win though!

Eat a fat one! Lol

This series can go either way. 2 good teams thst shouldn't be playing eachother in the first round.  Stupid rankings!

Been a great season for the Sharks. Just to be in the mix at the end was a massive achievement. (and not sure it would have been a great end to the year to get destroyed in 4 games by the Avs...). Its been a painful rebuild, but Celebrini is phenomenal, and along with a supporting cast has completely reinvigorated the franchise. I'd given up even watching highlights for the last 3 or 4 years, but really back into it the 2nd half of this year.

Big offseason coming up though. With such a long tank job and so many skilled forwards as high draft picks, the trick is to know what to cash in and when to get Defence. The Oilers and Maple Leafs have both shown you won't win cups (or playoff rounds) without balance.

But I've got the taste for hockey back, so enjoying the playoffs as a (semi nuetral) for the first time in years - the 5 minute recaps on NHL.com are a great way to watch what's happening without too much time investment.

Tough pill to swallow. But kudos to the Flyers for shutting out the Pens in Game 6.

Crosby and company turned up too late. Coming back from 3-0 down in the series was a very tough ask.

Not a big ice hockey fan but have watched the Leafs live on a couple of occasions. With the Leafs nowhere to be seen, is it ok to support the Canadiens for these playoffs?! I just want to see a Canadian team win it!

No, unless you're @Jattdogg.

Got to get my golf clubs cleaned up just in case.
