oohaahmustafa Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 My new plan is bust out the high vis jacket and radio. Bowl in at half time like I own place. Cant fail. (If fails run back to pub.
red5 Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 Ok I'll bite as you want me too. They could buy season tickets when 10K empty seats were visible at every home game a few seasons ago. Yes but tickets were easy to get on the day of a match, so no reason for a season ticket if you didn't know if you could make it. Also season ticket holders do not have to pay up front, they can pay monthly and get a reduced price, members had to pay up front and pay full price +£1 for each ticket.

Go round the back where the sky trucks park, take a roll of cable with you and walk in with some of them(if it don't work go down pub)
BecGriff9 Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 I'd seriously stop with the begging on the Everton forum guys. Firstly they are already getting annoyed and the tickets don't go on sale to them until tomorrow morning and secondly they'll just end up buying them to make money out of the situation and try and cash in. If you wait they may well go to general sale as most of their away matches have this season.

I've seen some really nice things from Everton fans on social media saying they'd happily give up their tickets to Leicester City fans so that they can be part of history for their club (hopefully). As you say though, only takes a few to buy them to sell them on at a higher price given the news on prices!

That's the thing a lot of their fans would do it, I've even heard some say give all their tickets to our fans as its never going to be seen again! Where I live it's either Everton or Liverpool supportes so I speak to a lot of Everton fans, and a lot of them are willing to sell their tickets but think if we p**s them off they will think again

You don't want to be hassled about it. Be a great gesture if some of them did that.

I know people have priorities etc and said that about season tickets light heartedly, but where do you draw the line, as if you said all gold can get a ticket, silvers will be pissed off and rightly so to a degree. It's hard to agree and no one will as there is always someone with another situation, argument etc. Golds last season sold out very quickly, this season they didn't to start with, as everyone who had a silver last season got to their games, it's a catch 22.
glar84 Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 I've managed to get 2, but then again it's always who you know not what you know Isn't it just. If you happen to hear of another 2 give me a shout.

CORNFOX68 Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 There are 6 of us who have been travelling up from cornwall to all home games sharing two season tickets a gold membership and city fox membership, we have got 4 tickets all season up till the west ham and southampton game where all of sudden they never got past silver so only three of us could come, i contacted ticket office and upgraded city fox to silver fox, i was told that they had sold hundreds of silver fox memberships in last couple of weeks, i then didn't get a fourth ticket for swansea game either, yesterday i went online at 11 to get third ticket for everton game with gold membership and they had sold out, there are four of us who have made a 650 mile round trip all season now we get to last few games and theirs obviously more demand there are people on here who are moaning they cant get tickets when they have only attended 4 or 6 games all season. also now people can see a quick buck can be made, there have been people selling tickets to away fans all season when we played liverpool at home my brother had loads of liverpool fans sat round him, there are loads of touts hanging around ticket office asking for tickets, last season at arsenal game i had spare ticket and had arranged to sell to city fan at face value the bloke didnt show and never replied to calls so in the end i sold it to a chap who insisted he was a massive city fan i spent game next to thai girl who had paid £100 for ticket, also i would imagine club might have held a few back,
n222nap Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 I have 1 spare Man U ticket in their end (next to me as I've got hold of two season tickets for the game) and one spare Chelsea ticket in their end. Would swap these plus cash for an Everton ticket... If anyone knows anyone who wants to sell and swap/buy mine then gimme a shout! Am a member but didn't manage to get one... Just gagging to go so trying every channel

If you wait they may well go to general sale as most of their away matches have this season. Can I just pull you up here. Absolutely none of this is true. I accept that you're all tense with the ticket situation (as any normal fan would), but firstly, only one of our away games this season has went to 'general sale', which was tomorrows game at Crystal Palace, which will be our 3 consecutive away game (4/5 it will be and a trip to Wembley), which is also a Wednesday Night away in South london, a good 5 hour drive away, unfortunately, I'm cursed with the disappointment of having to go and watch the drivel we serve, whilst I can only admire what your lot are dishing up this year. I've came on here, to wish everyone good luck, we've got a good bunch of fans, who will probably be happy to sell you their tickets for face value. Our tickets also don't go on sale tomorrow (not sure where you've got that information from?) , they probably won't until next week some time, as it's usually 3 weeks before, and I fully anticipate (especially with a big trip to Wembley, and fans desperate to increase their eligibility for a potential final) that we'll sell out. I would just, as a word of warning, not try to be too keen, we (along with every other club) will have a small portion of fans who will smell blood, and try to offer you tickets at a higher price. Lastly, I just wanted to say Congratulations for your cracking season, even if you don't win the league (I believe it's more a formality now), you've gave every club without the billions a glimmer of hope. Keep it up, and enjoy your big day, really looking forward to the atmosphere as the opening day of last season was terrific. Cheers. Oh and if you wanna boo Martinez for us, that'd be great!

Fair play that's just what I was told from an Everton season ticket holder so apologies if I was wrong, I was just getting annoyed the amount of our fans begging on your site it's pretty embarrassing to be honest. Good luck in the cup, hope you guys go in to win it
MartinezOut Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 I know for a fact that if I can't go, i'll be offering my ticket to a Leicester fan.Not that if any Blues see this, they may be happy with me, but how many chances will you get to see your side lift the league title? But it is a very big if, i've only missed two aways all season.

I watched our game versus Man U in a pub a few months back when you played Bournemouth away (I go to uni down here) and in the pisser I had a chat with a few of your fans who were hoping for us to do it even then. I wasn't even considering it at the time so hopefully the dream will start and complete with Everton

BecGriff9 Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 That's good of you to even think of offering it, as I said apologies for the wrong info was just repeating what I was told, should always check first

MickM86 Posted 12 April 2016 Posted 12 April 2016 I'll have a spare for this, albeit in the Everton end....

I'll be updated in the next week (Wembley permitting) as to whether I'll be going or not... Win the semi, and 100% will pass this ticket on. I'll keep everyone updated.
