artursteppe Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 I now live in France. Just been to Eddy Leclerc's ( French equivalent of Sainsbury's ), this morning at La Rochefoucauld in the Charente. At the check-out, the guy ( about 25 years old ) asked me if I liked football and then asked if the lapel badge I was wearing was for Leicester City. Obviously I said yes, told him about N'Golo Kante ( I tell everyone over here ) and Riyad Mahrez. The French guy then asked me where he could buy a badge like the one I was wearing. I gave him mine. He was 'made up'. I could have been Jamie Vardy signing an autograph. "It's yours I said if you are a Leicester fan". "I am", he said with a huge smile. He absolutely loved it, stood up, shook my hand, and wished us a 'good day'. I reckon tonight he will be showing his mates down the 'pub' his new treasure. We are known. We are getting more supporters everywhere. We are loved. We are the 'Famous Leicester City'.

mozartfox Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 I am currently in Malaysia and every EPL fan is talking about us. The day after the Man City win the headline on the back page of their largest selling tabloid was 'Fox-Trot'. There were also pictures of JV on the back on the Chinese Language Newspapers. Off the Bangkok next weekend so that will be interesting to see the level of exposure there.

I am with German, French, Belgian, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Polish and Russian people. They are all asking me about Leicester and how well we are doing. Seems we are getting very well known.
