Seige Mentality -

It seems that things have conspired against us slightly following Sundays game with Westham.

. Westham owners claiming they were threatened and abused at the game.

. Leicester officials being investigated for abusing the ref despite the fact that you can clearly see Jon Moss pointing aggressively at Andrew Neville in the tunnel.

. Vardy being given an extra game ban for foul and abusive behaviour towards Moss despite the fact that the ref was crap.

. Pundits everywhere questioning our ability to win without Vardy.

. And Tottenham so emphatically beating Stoke last night. Albeit a poor Stoke side with a toe or two on a white beach somewhere.

Do you think that all of this could actually galvanise the squad and create a seige mentality similar to the one we showed at the back end of last season? And if so do you think that could help see us through?

I personally think it will. I think Ranieri will do his brilliant job of deflecting the pressure off his players as he has done all season and that he will get it tactically spot on and we will beat Swansea.

Come on City!!

I hope you're right mate. I have faith in CR and the lads but I also can't see Spurs slipping up, they are flying at the moment. We have to beat Swansea and Everton and hopefully get something from United and Chelsea. We need to aim to win every game

No he meant the African Siege Mentally - a tough, holding defensive midfield player

Is that an actual player or are you taking the piss lol

Nah mate, Seige Mentality- German born player but plays for Bora Bora.

Haha fair enough I've never heard of him and I'm a keen football manager player. I'll have a look at him lol

Stay clear of the Turkish striker "Strop Y'Asfuk" mind - causes nothing but trouble.

I wonder what happened after Wellbeck's last gasp winner and the Arsenal lap of honour....

You'd be better off looking at that young Irish prospect Rick O'Shea. Or that up and coming Dutch player Hertz Van Rental

Heard the ball just bounces off the first guy and the young Dutch player isn't all that - had lots of trials at various clubs, but never found somewhere pernament and is quite expensive compared to the Danish "Das Buss".

Always thought he was much better than his elder brother John. Rick scores so many goals, proven scorer at all levels of the game.

Why should Leicester bunker down?

I can understand why Nigel Pearson was harsh with the media and refused to let them get away with criticizing his players, even if I didn't always agree with his methods and manners. His team was staring relegation in the face, they had a little bit of terrible luck, and confidence could have easily plummeted. Pearson had to fire up his squad.

But this season's team has played consistently well, and part of that is down to Ranieri letting the squad be loose and enjoy their football. There's no need to change the team's mindset now when they've done so well for 34 games playing as if they have no pressure on them.

Indeed. He struck up a great strike partnership with Nick O' Thyme
