Doesn't look to me like it's done by quality but instead by position, gk's, defenders, mid so on

Exactly - we were going to put it in terms of quality, but who do you put as Old Kent Road in this team ?!

Did you design it yourself? If so I would have put the centre backs together and the full backs together, so swap Was with Simpson, I would also be tempted to try and squeeze RDL in there ahead of James who hasn't played at all this season, in fact Benny and Krama deserve to be in there ahead of James, The valuations are a bit odd, so you could do it on squad number, but then you would get someone random (Dodoo or Inler) as the most expensive or I would do it based on number of minutes played, which would make Wes and Kasper the most expensive.

 

Either way looks good.
