Just a few months ago fans were panicking about even qualifying for the World Cup. Now, I think we should set our sights beyond just making it out of the group stage in 2018. We have some really talented young players that can replace our aging veteran core. The only position I see as a possible weak spot is goalkeeper. I don't know much about Hamid, Hovrath, etc. But I can't see them unseating Guzan and Howard (who are way past their prime IMO).

I watch some MLS if I'm up late on a Friday or Saturday and one keeper caught my eye but I'll be damned if I can remember his name or who he played for. He was a young black guy, which I think cuts it down quite a bit ha, I think he'd not long broke into the first team. His handling from crosses and general command of the area was miles above anything else I've seen in that league. I've come to the conclusion it was Andre Blake who plays for Jamaica

filbertway Posted 23 June 2016 Posted 23 June 2016 that's too funny. I went through every squad and looked at keeper who have played and he was the closest to my description so it had to be him haha. I assumed he was younger as he had only just broke through but it seems his early career was kind of put on hold by having to have Surgery. Either way, if you can somehow convert him then you have a keeper sorted for 6 or 7 seasons
