Matt Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 I'd guess there's been a few....Wasn't Barnes Jamaican ?? True, I knew when I asked the question there would be a few obvious ones.
Leicesterpool Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 I wouldn't be surprised if Big Wes has regrets choosing Jamaica, cause I think he knows now he would have stood a great chance getting in the current England squad. Also Jack Grealish recently of course already born in England but originally choose to represent ROI but decided to change back to England. Seemed such hard process considering he was born in England and only really represented ROI at youth level. Notice it's never this difficult when a play chooses to represent another nation.
Stadt Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Ashley Barnes has played for Austria, obviously not good enough to get in the England squad though Our very own Ron Robert-Ziegler

Jack Grealish will never player for England, ever.
Aus Fox Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Paul McGrath, I believe was born in England and was a quality CB could have had 50+ caps for England.
Finnegan Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 People realise Giggs wasn't actually eligible to represent England have been born in Wales to Welshmen, and only relocating to England in his youth right? He could play for the English schools team because that's not done on nationality, but not any of the England teams. They're fishing. You bit.
