Collymore Posted 2 February 2017 Posted 2 February 2017 So we couldn't buy a win away so we turn to our home fixtures... Chelsea 0-3 5/2/17 - Man U ? 27/2/17 - Liverpool ? What an awful run of games when we're at rock bottom. Could we argue that it's the perfect time to get these games out of the way if we're beyond useless? Can we get a second wind when we have a lot of tough fixtures out of the way? blessing in disguise? Clutching at straws?

Tuna Posted 2 February 2017 Posted 2 February 2017 We've played 3 of the so called big 6 at home, won against City, drew with Arsensl and lost to Chelsea. Who can say. Maybe they only get motivated by these sort of games.

Now that I know the bulk of the forum (if they attend) will be 'singing their hearts out for the lads' I'm far more optimistic of getting results. I think it will inspire Drinkwater to actually have a shot, Vardy to get at least a chance and Wes/Huth to embark on a run of ten clean sheets. We'll finish 10th..... In other news, three points is three points whenever you play and whoever you play. Having a tough run now would have been fine if we'd have taken anything from our 'easier runs'. Which we haven't.
Raw Dykes Posted 3 February 2017 Posted 3 February 2017 Well, it's not a bad point. Confidence and morale can't really get any lower, so a couple of hidings won't affect that. It could be the final nails in CR's coffin. Maybe we'll get a new manager just in time.
sylofox Posted 3 February 2017 Posted 3 February 2017 usual Leicester beat manure and Lpool lose to burnly Swansea blunderland and the like.
AyewJoking Posted 3 February 2017 Posted 3 February 2017 there is a fragment of hope the big teams will come at us rather than sit back and wait for us to hoof it back to them. (im all out of straws)
