Made my mind up, time for an overhaul, strengthen squad, sell players who don't want to be here, get rid of deadwood, new manager, with new idea's, as we got dominated at times by a Bournemouth side in indifferent form, after a good hiding from spurs.

We need to have players that don't treat the ball like a hot potato, low point today, Bournemouth fans ole ing when we couldn't get near the ball first half.

Yes but they weren't doing it in the 2nd half and were extremely lucky to come away with a point with a bit of decent finishing we could have had 3 or 4 goals as it happens we score 2 legitimate ones.

Game of two halfs as they say, but was a bit embarrassing you have to admit, after the players and manager gave it the usual, we talked, it hurt, we will go out and put in a performance, just glad it was Bournemouth, and not one of the top side's, as that level of performance, and tactics would have resulted  in another good hiding.

Felt that Ndidi was the MOTM, with Chilwell and Vardy 2nd and 3rd, respectively. Mahrez 4th best.

I agree the 1st half was terrible I spent more time looking at the adverts ubt I wouldn't in itself say that warranted "ade my mind up, time for an overhaul, strengthen squad, sell players who don't want to be here, get rid of deadwood, new manager, with new idea's" that drastic a response. 

 

Any channges we make need to be gradual and almost seamless.

Not just on about today, I hate losing/ playing poorly etc but I'm not impulsive lol,  just think it's a good time to overhaul, players retiring, players leaving etc, a good time to make a change in the style of play.

We need to get players and a style where we can retain the ball better, as a lot treat it like a hot potato, and as much as the ball over the top to Vardy will work against the lesser teams, but as spurs showed, against the better teams it's easy to defend, added to that we can't keep the ball, it's backs to the walls, and no outlet.

So to get us to progress, we need to have a different approach I feel, but that's my opinion.

Kasper 7 One good save in the first half. Please stay 

 

Simpson 6 Uncharacteristic mistake which led to their goal 

 

Benalouane 5 Once again, gets too close to his man all the time. I don't think we'll be seeing him again in a City shirt 

 

Fuchs 6 He's a much better left back than centre back

 

Chilwell 6 Did ok. Very silly yellow card 

 

Albrighton 6 Full of effort but little impact. He's probably exhausted 

 

Ndidi 7 Average first half, much better second. Needs to be more confident 

 

King 6 Thought he did ok actually 

 

Mahrez 6 Frustrating game from him. Won us loads of free kicks but lost the ball so often.

 

Vardy 8 MOTM. Unlucky not to get two goals. He's just a terrier all over the pitch. 

 

Slimani 6 I didn't think he played badly, but if there's one thing he is really good at it's heading so it's a bad miss from him second half. God knows why we paid so much for him. 

 

Amatey and Gray both 6.

 

Shakey 8. He deserves the chance to have a real go at it and build his own side. 50/50 whether he gets it though.

Harsh with my ratings today but we were very poor, never really took the game to Bournemouth and although we were close to winning I felt disappointed by the display. First half was a joke, too many times recently we play poorly first half and come out rejuvenated in the second, not good enough when you're already 1/2 goals down

Slimani with more game time might have buried that header

 

Benalouane  could have cost us the game, can't see him being a long term solution

 

Mahrez, just can't work him out this season hot and cold nearly every game

 

King, I thought he did well...... But I would, He plays for Wales  

 

Ps: Got rid of the Killing Joke signature as it's been that crap of a season..... needed a change
