10% discount

Just been a brought the kids the new kits,

though I didn't have my season cards on hand,was told that all season tickets are pre loaded with £10 to spend by end of September,and any purchases made are credit with 10% credit to your season card,

i couldn't use the benefit of the £10 credit total as I didn't have my cards on me,

but having spent £110 today my account is credited with £11?

so I have £21 on my card????

she also told me any 10% which gets credited to the account doesn't have to be used up till end of  may next year,

and can be used on names and numbers aswell,

this is how is interpreted what I was told anyway

Just wanted to let folk know that they have £10 to spend on each season card,

i didn't know that meself,

and as for the 10% we used to get,that's now credits to your card,which I personally think is better

It really isn't - last season you got 10% off your purchase there and then, this season you get a whole bunch of clauses to spend your 10% credit in the future. It's a terrible system from a fans' perspective

Personally it would be better for me if the credited money on season cards could be used towards the purchase of my season ticket next year

Yeah it would be but according to the terms ticket purchases ain't allowed 

 

Also in the terms it states you also have to wait 28 days after purchase for the credit to be added to your card

Agree with this, I was angry when they told me at the till that it's no longer discount but a points system. Why no communication was sent out from the club when they made this decision is beyond me (I didn't receive any and no one I have spoke to did either).  They should have informed everyone of the changes as they made them. Any other company lets you know of changes to terms and conditions of memberships why haven't LCFC?

10% was 10% if you brought 1 scarf or all 6 full kits. You felt you had received something in return for your spending and loyalty. But at the levels you could afford.

 

Now if you are only getting 60p credited to an account what use is that?

its time we sold kids shirts at cost... these will be the customers of the future

 

how do you spend the money you now have on the card?
