When mine went tits up a few weeks ago I rang them and they sent me a text to reset some nonsense. Has worked fine since. Might be worth a try. I only ask because I had this 'problem' once and was convinced it was a network issue as I restarted my phone, replaced sim etc etc and I just hadn't noticed the text to tell me I'd ran out of data.
