TiffToff88 Posted 12 September 2017 Posted 12 September 2017 Just wondering if anyone else on EE is having trouble today? there's no information on their website or any social media outlets, but my phone has a full 4G signal, but can't connect to the internet. This means no whatsapp, no email, nothing that requires an internet connection is working. Very bizzarre...

Guest Kopfkino Posted 12 September 2017 Posted 12 September 2017 Do you have data left to use? I only ask because I had this 'problem' once and was convinced it was a network issue as I restarted my phone, replaced sim etc etc and I just hadn't noticed the text to tell me I'd ran out of data.
