Sampson Posted 28 September 2017 Posted 28 September 2017 Feck me! A decent performance against Liverpool sees manager confidence go down by 20%?

But what did he do to contribute to it? Set us up negatively to try and not lose and made uninspiring substitutions. Week after week he’s not learning or changing
FireFox Posted 28 September 2017 Posted 28 September 2017 Vardy MotM for smashing that pen down the middle exactly like he did the last 2 Premier League games
Guest ttfn Posted 29 September 2017 Posted 29 September 2017 Personally think that's really harsh on Vardy. Thought he was the best player on the pitch in the second half.

It wasn't a decent performance. The second half comeback (yet another comeback) papered over a better opposition performance, especially first half. We are set up to defend first and our style of play is horrific. Coutinho controlled the first half in the league cup game, yet four days later we let him do the exact same thing. It's unbelievable. At Bournemouth tomorrow if he puts the same side out I'll cry. Mahrez wasn't the worse player either. At least he tries to do something. At least he'll run at opposition, shoot from distance and try to create. Better than watching our so called 'attacking midfielder' go sideways and backwards constantly. I wish we had a midfielder that drives forward.

He was the best player on the pitch no question, but he kinda missed a penalty that could have brought a draw. His rating is fair, compared to the hilarious ones for Schmeichel or Mahrez.

Harsh on mahrez, rated worse than king, nobody is worse than king, but people worship him on here, and probably score him higher than he deserves. That's the problem with this vote, it's a lot about who people like, rather than a true reflection of the players performance
ZeGuy Posted 29 September 2017 Posted 29 September 2017 Wouldn't be surprised to see a "Schmeichel" thread appearing in the next weeks.

With an OP a bit like this: Not convinced by his recent performances and he cost us now a fair share of points. He doesn't look very interested which can easily be seen at his body language. He clearly wants out and his mistakes against Liverpool show on which club his eyes are set on. We should be looking for a replacement in January imo.
foxinsocks Posted 29 September 2017 Posted 29 September 2017 These are the mean opinions of 210 students of the game. So it is a weight of opinion... Imo any ball crossed into the 6yd box should be the keepers. Kasper has a habit if standing to one side for a free kick and then failing to make it when the shot he invited comes in ( it was a great freekick...) These are two short comings that frusterate fans and may have caused low scores for kasper. But. .... i dont want him replaced. ... mrs foxinsocks tells me I'm not perfect either
