Be honest - who else wrote him off in his first season?

When we signed him I said to a colleague, “waste of a million pounds, if he was any good he’d have been found already”

And he’s been absolutely top drawer in about 140 of those games. As value-for-money goes, he’s been astonishingly good.

Always remembered seeing him flash up on soccer Saturday when he was banging them in for Fleetwood, to think he would guide us to a premier league title was unimaginable.

Good choice putting the washing out indoors pal, what with the storm and that

If I'm really being honest, not my favourite player.

But, I can't take away from him that he has been exceptional for us.

So, all things being equal the guys done good for us and himself......... long may it continue

Ps: The whole team from 2015/2016 and the Manager will still be remembered in 25 years time including the Little French Guy and that guy from Swansea who scored against Villa.

Loved his 'come on' gesture to the fans after Okazaki's goal today. Pashun.

And his celebration at the final whistle!
