Why are Kellogs Breakfast serials suddenly marked with a halal sign on the side of the packaging?

As for the topic, if the company's ways of prodution is considered halal from the start, then why shouldn't they expand their customer base by putting the words on the product. That's pretty much a lay-up for them. 

 

And don't worry, Muslims or companies don't add things to make it "Halal food", they just make sure that certain things are not there (like alcohol or some animal fats like pig's)

It's a very privileged, white, middle class, sheltered, Western world load of shit to come out with to suggest we should all go vegan to save the planet, anyway. 

 

Great when you come from some country full of fertile, arable land. Not so great when you live in some dry dustbowl, struggling to herd your livestock around to stay alive.

Places such as the Saraha desert were created by human colonization who replaced the tropical plantlife with agriculture, which over a period of time exposed the soil causing the sunlight to bounce back into the atmosphere, drying up the rainfall and also heating the atmosphere up. This was the start of global warming, and i must add a big thanks for that yer fvckin carrot chompers.

Saw something similar on Facebook. Somebody was saying how dare they force us British to eat Halal meat. they said they were in a supermarket and complained and was asked to leave.

It turns out the letters represented the e the stores distributing factory where the items came from.
