And the second one is surely hat related, so you're nailed on for a double...

Does, ‘A Flat mine’ refer to a musical note?

Or 'key', I suppose?

Must be that well know saying - 'Old hat key dig'.

Probably.

Getting warm now ..

I think I've got the last couple of words...and a bit of the first section...just need to stick them together into some vaguely coherent saying. :P

Might need a bit of team work to make the dream work...

I have 'keep it' (key pit) for the last couple of words, and 'return' at the beginning... getting close??

Don’t forget some of the dingbats basics ...   words that tell you what to do with another word ...

Clearly knot!     :nono:

This seems to be my only forte in this game. I got the knotty problem after everyone else had worked out the individual words, but couldn't make a phrase. But keep that under your hat, I work these out myself - honest.

Wait, what??

Way Back(wards) = Yaw and cap = hat

A Flat = a musical key and mine = pit

So, A Flat mine = Keep it (key pit)

And those words are below Yaw (your) hat

Keep it under your hat.

It was a good 'un from @Countryfox, I like the all day ones! (even if @Fktf comes along with a tap in after everyone else has put all the hard work in)!!    lol

I'm not even going to defend myself! Everyone usually beats me to the answer - unless it lasts a full day. These are all good fun though @Countryfox - thanks for keeping this up. Although I do suspect you quite like watching everyone lose their mind over some of these..
