The speculation wasn't his doing. He could have strung out the talks to see if Arsenal did make an offer.

...the speculation certainly did help in his contract negotiations and it would have been perceived as excessive greed should he had jumped ship, as we had recently bought out his contract from Celtic!!!

I would certainly not be surprised, if he chose to take up a position, should Arsenal make a call.

Panic overload!

He isn't going anywhere. Personally If I were him I'd want a good couple of seasons at the new training ground developing our team and taking advantage of the perks that the training ground offers.

Whose panicking? I wouldn’t care if he left.

Arsenal. The Graveyard of excellent managers. Ask Unai Emery. He's doing great at Villarreal.

I hope BR stays I really do, a perfect fit for us imo.  I would be gutted if he left.  I personally think he is on a mission with Leicester give him 2 more seasons and some good transfer windows and I think we might see Mission accomplished!

He's very much the perfect fit for us.

If he was genuine top-level, world class he wouldn't be our manager.

He's moved us miles forward, the players like him but of course he has flaws.

We're Leicester, we're a work in progress, we're doing great things but it won't ever be perfect.

I think the journey he is on with Leicester, and the successes he will bring in time, and with patience, might take him a notch further to being that world class manager. I just hope he doesn't get tempted by others before then, which is always a threat.
