For the younger viewers, we were champions of the 2nd Division in 1980.

A couple of weeks ago online magazine, Cool as Leicester, asked what happened to the tradition of FA cup final songs. 

HQ Recording rose to the challenge and have recorded a special track to mark Leicester City reaching their first FA Cup Final in 52 years. 

 

Yasin El Ashrafi, owner of HQ, tasked lifelong LCFC fans Flynny O’Flynn and Evo to write the song. The beat was produced by Priv & Asthmatic and the track recorded at HQ.

 

Given the catchy beat of the song, the team have also choreographed a dance so people can get involved and do the LC Bop themselves!
