Yes in the men's team we seem to look overseas first for value, but in the women's it's players that haven't cut it at other English teams.  Probably a resource issue rather than any external restrictions which is a shame given that the amount needed to be competitive in the women's game is so much lower than the men's. Also agree with an earlier comment that the talent pool in this country isn't that great yet.

.. Flint needs to have support!!!

 Keep it simple play 4-4-2, get Bailey-Gayle playing as a winger, she is too deep and ineffective in a defensive sense.

  We looked a lot better when we went 3-0 down and was more aggressive.  You get the feeling we are overawed in this division and sitting off showing teams too much respect.

they played 433 or 4231 all last season and dominated, the last thing they did was beat Man Utd comfortably in the cup, there was no need to change it also Devlin is not getting a game despite being their most creative player. I'm worried the managed has destroyed their confidence with this set up they are getting torn apart every week

...what has happened to Devlin!!!

Seems strange not to be involved in a team that struggles for creating and taking chances.

....typical that a player named Sissoko is one of the best players on the pitch!!!

  I wonder if there is a family connection. 

  I would say that looking at her size and speed and body strength that the game will transition to players with her attributes.

she's on the bench, again, the strikers don't even look good together, just pick one of them
