Interesting that you thought Shearer waxed lyrical about KDH, because I felt it was a bit of a half arsed analysis of him. Especially when you think how the pundits have positively drooled in front of the nation in the past in their analysis, over the likes of Mason Mount and more lately Connor Gallacher.

I see what you mean. Sometimes I think time constraints don't help. They spent so long on the Man C v Liverpool game .

What they like ( MOTD) is a player that is playing well but under the radar. " Look what we've spotted " KDH ruined it with bloody a goal and assist.

Extended highlights for the match on LCFC.com

One thing I completely about was Thomas's pass to put Lookman through for his missed chance in the first 10 minutes. I know he was pretty average yesterday but what a pass that was (3min. 24 secs in on the highlights)

Thanks for these, although the editing was crap. They didn't show the Maddison penalty shout, and showed a very shortened replay of the Thoman>Lookman move, although showed the move that ended with Schmeichel's save from Zaha three times.

Strange isn't it. Sky chose to show the Maddison penalty shout but not Lookmans great chance at the start of the game. There was also a chance for crystal Palace near the end of the match, where one of our players was caught dwelling the ball on the edge of our area but could not find it anywhere.

Good to see us find our rhythm now going into the business end of the season. Lookman has really come into his own! KDH goal was magnificent after it looked like the shot wasn't on, he was absolutely brilliant yesterday! Also big shout out to Kasper for saving the 2 penalties, even if Zaha did score the rebound for the second one.

Really enjoying watching us! Onto Holland now and hopefully a massive win against PSV and into the semis!

No, there's a whole 'It's not in Holland, it's in the Netherlands' debate going on somewhere nearby :)

Basically, calling the Netherlands 'Holland' is actually inaccurate - I was trying to head it off with kindness.

Ah I see! I did debate whether to put Netherlands as well! Let's hope this admission is taken into account :P

Don't worry, I took your response in the manner it was meant  :D

I wouldn't say never a pen, if Salah goes down after that "push" arms splayed liked he'd been shot, the ref would be pointing to the spot quick as you like. Doesn't help that Madison has the tendency to go down easily.

It just wasn't a pen, he barely was touched, if at all

Why do people call Crystal Palace our Bogey team? We’ve won 4 and drawn 2 of our last 6  prem matches against them..

It was more a Woy thing. Used to absolutely bully us under Pooel

I think both teams had one eye on big games next week, as seen from our team selection. Good luck next week at Wembley, would much rather see you guys get to the final than Chelski yet again.

By the way,  how do Palace fans really feel about Zaha? Obviously he's a massive player for you but he just seems like someone who is permanently angry and upset about life. Not sure it helps his own or the team's performance frankly.

He can be frustrating at times, but we wouldn't be where we are today without him, no way. He pretty much single handedly got us through the playoffs under the idiot Holloway, and has been our go to player ever since (other than the one season at the (W)ankers*) Without doubt one of our all time great players, and yes he has a bad attitude and can be super petulant at times, but given what he's done for this club over many many years it's hard to be critical really.

*Palace fans name for the red side of Manchester.
