I think we'd need probably 12 points for me to not scoff at anybody who plays the usual "you're not moaning now" card. For me it's about a longer term trend in performances. I don't want Rodgers out based on our dreadful start, I consider our dreadful start to be symptomatic of the nosediving standards that are occurring under him. So I'm struggling to see any scenario where he turns it around for me.

You have to say, the chairman having a clear message we are sticking with this man has certainly helped stabilize us at a point where the players seemed to think he was gone. The change in attitude from brighton and spurs is simply remarkable

Still Brendan out. No amount of wins will change that as he has shown his colours as a person and I’ve never seen a manager be so disrespectful to fans, owner and players. He’s toxic and despite a great win today, we had 4 shots on target and scored them whilst conceding 21 shots. On another day we are punished for that. Wolves are shocking and we can’t rely on scoring every shot we have!

It was an easy run so 10 points is probably par. But credit where credit is due, would have taken that considering we had 1 point so far.

 

3 games before the world cup. Man City is a free hit. West Ham and Everton away are big games for me. Need at least 2 points from that. 4 would be realistically good.
