I trust Liz truss more than Brendan at this point , so that says something in itself.

Kwasi Kwartengs mini budget is better than Brendan Rodgers' tactics. Make of that what you will.

11.

We must win against Forest or he has to go. So there's 3 at least.

We should be winning both of the other home games if we're to have a somewhat decent season, so another 6 there. Especially if he wants to win back support from the fans.

The away games are less pivotal to him staying, but a draw in each seems fair as a target.

That'll put us roughly 11th/12th in the league judging by the season so far. Still poor for where we want to be as a club, but at least it'd show he's got us moving in the right direction again.

That buys him time, but that's it. It won't absolve him of criticism and it won't make me pro-Rodgers (that would need more than just a change in results) but it would definitely help his case.

He has to beat Forest as far as I am concerned, nothing less is or should be acceptable, there is literally nothing else to discuss other than sacking the manager if he fails to win.

I agree but the board seem to have given him yet another stay of execution and not for 1 game, I think the next 5. If we lose to Forest I don’t think that will be over but lose the following two and I think that’s it.

i don’t think we’ll get a point again while he’s in charge personally. But in answer to your question, he has at a minimum to win the next 2 games. A draw in either isn’t good enough in our current position. If he wins the 2 on the trot (as much of a fantasy as that it) then he still needs at least a point at palace. I think if he did that then you could at least understand why the board would give him time. Any dropped points in the next 2 is a nightmare… one that unfortunately we are heading for

What a horrendous, heinous, sadistic question, with the right answer being an even more horrendous, heinous sadistic outcome all 15 points BR stays.

However for a little bit of assurance for myself, anything less he goes.

I genuinely don't think he gives a shit at this point.   He's getting paid a ludicrous amount of money to take this football club backwards.

We should be aiming for at least 2 points from these games but I think this is dreamland to be honest.

Based on History We need a Minimum

10 points by the end of November.

A Maximum ( Which would be Nice )

14 Points by the end on November

Anything Less and I'm Sorry, we're in BIG Trouble

Doesn't matter, we could win all 5, 10 ‐ 0 and I'd still want the odious little cretin gone!

For me, it's moved past the lack of points and current league position,  and its now the well documented posts and reasoning's by fellow Rodgers Out campaigners of how he's failing our club as a manager on the pitch,  added to his off field media shenanigans, coupled with his general arrogant personality that I feel there is no way back for him.  To much negative stuff has happened and has been said, and we just need him, and the coaching team that followed him gone from our club so that we can begin the repair process.

Crikey!

What IS clear is the level of vitriol and dislike towards a manager who did get us top 6 finishes across two seasons and the FA cup.

I agree… he’s served his time now and needs to go. But I don’t think I’ve read on FT such a level of dislike for one of our managers.
Even Pearson before the great escape, when, don’t forget, we’d been rooted to the bottom of the Prem for months, had his ‘backers’ on here. There was a ‘Pearson in or Pearson out’ debate for months!

But with Rodgers, it looks like the consensus is he’s not liked.

We need a change…

A decent return from those fixtures would be 11 or 12 points. But given he's completely lost my trust it would take winning all 5 for me to be even slightly convinced he should stay.

Pearson used to get bashed by certain people on here who now claim they love him.

People's opinions at the time are very different to their opinion after a few years.

I don’t think it matters how many points we get , TOP has said that they can’t afford to pay him out , so he can continue to play his crap way and refuse to pick players , or make correct subs that strengthen the team .
