Barwell Posted 29 November 2005 Share Posted 29 November 2005 Can somebody tell me exactly how long Lee Morris has been injured for now & when he's expected back? I can remember very few occasions when he's played for us & until i saw his name on the back of the programme the other day i didn't even know he still played for us

Nationwider Posted 29 November 2005 Share Posted 29 November 2005 Lee Morris last featured for City v Sheff Utd on 28 Dec 04. In 22 months, he started two games, with 8 appearances as a sub. Lee Morris has not scored for Leicester yet.

I think his contract will finish on 30th June when he will be eligible for any loyalty bonuses coming his way.
Collymore Posted 29 November 2005 Share Posted 29 November 2005 I say give him a new contract...Just becasue he's always a good thread topic if we haven't got anything to talk about! It also feels like a gambler in a casino, we've already lost millions, but if we made a sneaky £400 (a goal) when we (he) left, it would feel like we were up! If he leaves, we should "retire" the treatment table as a mark of respect.

Thracian Posted 29 November 2005 Share Posted 29 November 2005 If he leaves, we should "retire" the treatment table as a mark of respect. The treatment sessions he's had certainly puts a new spin on the term Morris 1000.
moseeds Posted 29 November 2005 Share Posted 29 November 2005 Can somebody tell me exactly how long Lee Morris has been injured for now I bet if you look closely enough in the Doomsday book there will be an entry for him next to Leicester Market. If not him then his great great great great....grandad.
