Anything better than nothing given BR shitcanned him, plus the saving of £xxk per week in wages. Good luck to cags, on balance he did alright for me, Bournemouth being a lowlight

Right, but the criticism from fans is that Soyuncu should have been playing instead of Amartey. But had we sold him in the summer all that would have happened is we'd have £5m or less, one fewer player and Amartey getting even more game time.

With supporters standing by him this past season, they are the focus of his farewell message. He wrote on social media: “Dear Leicester fans, my family! Today, I am saying goodbye to the club that I consider as home and where I have felt immense pride while wearing the shirt week in, week out. Of course, saying goodbye is never easy. I arrived here as a kid, now I'm leaving as a man.

“It was an honour to wear our blue kit and fight for you. We experienced it all together, from the amazing times to the more difficult periods. But even during those bad times I felt home. And that's completely thanks to you. Your chants, your support, your trust made me the player I am today.

"However, the time has come for a new adventure. You will always have a special place in my heart. Our bond will last forever. Thank you!”

Will definitely be missed 😢

Be fun to watch him in a CL semi final in 9 months, whilst we draw at home to 15th place Plymouth to stay one point above them.

1 year getting settled in, 2 great years, 1 bad year, 1 year unfairly on the bench.

If you can't see the lad had far more natural attributes to Amarty which should have been nurtured for the benefit of the team then to me you have no place in football management or coaching

One of many truly shocking decisions by TCR.
