Stuliasz Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 Does anyone else other than me find this one of the funniest programmes on television when it's on? I'm not a big fan of the guy as a stand up comedian but for me the TV burp is pure genius and it's back in January for a 10 programme series according to Harry Hill himself on Richard and Judy earlier.
Matt Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 Don't like Harry Hill, seems abit of dickhead, He's one of these "comedians" who seems to say "Hi" to start and people fall around laughing, whats funny about it? He said "Hello" (Or something similar) what the fuk are these people laughing about? I like the look of Lee Evans' DVD, My mum wants it for christmas, so i'll buy it for her and end up up nicking it of her probably! Now Lee Evans there is a genius!
The People's Hero Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 Lee Evans is fairly amusing but how you can describe him as a genius is beyond me.

toonboy Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 How Harry Hill saying 'Hi' is not funny but Lee Evans pulling a stupid face is funny im not sure. I know you didn't say that but its all he seems to do. I find do him funny quite a lot of the time but he just annoys me for some reason (Think that makes sense). I love TV Burp, its the way he will just take something really small and insignificant, that you wouldn't even notice when your watching it, and just make it funny in the way he introduces it. Anyway it's top stuff and I'll look forward to it.
Samu Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 Yes he's hilarious. Only seen the programme a couple of times but it had me in stitches. The way he just finds strange moments of tv then comments about them is just brilliant. Love that programme
Head Honcho Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 TV Burp is excellent but what on Earth is he doing presenting You've been framed. The money must be good! If you want a good comedian Lee Mack
Anish Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 My old uni housemates used to love Harry Hill's TV Burp - I thought it was alright and some bits were funny but I won't be watching the new episodes...not that I watch much tele anyway.
Nationwider Posted 5 December 2005 Posted 5 December 2005 Harry Hill's best doing his stand-up stuff. Seriously clever and funny.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 6 December 2005 Posted 6 December 2005 I don't know what it is about TV burp but I think it's great. Can't wait to see it again.
Flynny Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 Bumping this thread because TV Burp is the funniest thing on TV when it's on form. Last season was woefully bad but the consistancy's back this time. The funniest episode was the finale of the last season though with that actor bloke off The Apprentice. So many great moments this series. "Superintendant and the DAC, K-I-S-S-I-N-G", the bit in my avatar ("have a look at these cherubs"), the complete panning of that guy's nature program week after week. My favourite program of all time, easily.
lildave3 Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 Only seen 1 of the current series, has it now finished?
Zingari Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 funny or not funny? theres only one way to find out i love it
Flynny Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 Only seen 1 of the current series, has it now finished? 4 episodes left, as far as I know. They gave him a longer run this time.

Webbo Posted 12 March 2007 Posted 12 March 2007 Harry Hill has me rolling with laughter but i don't know why. try explaining one of his jokes to someone who's never seen him and see the blank faces.
