Does anyone know how we’re structured now with Glover in place? 
 

At one time, we had a multi pronged approach to player recruitment.

 

We future proofed ourselves, so when Maguire left, we had Soyuncu, Justin for Chilwell etc. That seems to have stopped? Are we aiming. To be more reliant on Seagrave for pipeline talent? 

 

We had a head of analytics - reviewing stats in performances for players we’d identified etc. Was Mladen Sormaz ever replaced? 

Applying to the Academy you need to be between 60 - 90 minutes away from Seagrave? Is Bill Wall still associated with the club? Or are we reliant on people wanting to join us, rather than being proactive and hunting talent? 

 

I’d imagine we’ll have a setup covering UK and Europe, however are we using a scouting agency for North / South America, Asia, Africa etc?

I did  my own scouting job brann v molde 

haland was the guy I emailed the club about he scored 4 goals in 30 minutes 

never got a response back. If only they listened 🤣

Seems to have been a fair few “Enzo signings” so far this summer. I wonder how actively involved Glover has been.

 

I only ask as 2 of his 3 January signings have been shunned already
