I've always liked Troy though even after Deeney day (I was at The Vicarage too).    

 

I think him and Vardy in 2016 / 2017 would have been dynamite

He’ll try to be honest and forthright but would he get away with that on the BBC?

He's only choosing footballers it's hardly a political minefield.

 

Unless he says something like so and so looks like they've been on drugs or uses expletives what is there to be controversial about that would be against the BBC guidelines.
