problem is Utd will just sell the tickets they will go instantly so it wont look like there has been a boycott.

The Foxes Trust should do a piece on it to at least get some traction on Social Media.

It would be nice is there was just 4k empty seats though!

Has been done in conjunction with FSA. Has gone done well

Although a boycott wouldn't hurt I don't think it would do much damage considering it's a cup game. A real impact would be a home game where the board can actually see the anger from the fans

Pretty sure we will sell out these blocks (once it goes to general sale) assuming the rest go to united.

I think we take 1500-2000 there but I could be wrong 🤷

Very interesting change on the site

Allocation has now changed to 1814. It extends as far as E232 now. You'd be look if 30% if Block E231 has sold

Whelan absolutely buzzing.... should've been 9k+ ....instead persuades Ratcliffe to stick with standard prices (a fella who hardly needs much encouragement) .... marvelous.

Another shambles to today's crown jewels level of shambles

We had no say on the price

This will be a "sell out" 100% now due to the allocation reduction. Sad united do things like this charging ridiculous money

We do though. The away team can veto a lower price if they think it affects their 40% takings.

I wouldn't be surprised if she elected to use that veto

Check the rules if you want. Only rule now is that home club charge the same for a respective seat. Home club sets the price

Some of the rules are almost laughable.

Allocation – Semi-Finals and Final
200. For the Semi-Finals and the Final of the Competition, The Association, at its absolute discretion, may allocate tickets to the competing Clubs in such number and on such basis (and at such price) as it considers appropriate.

"As it considers appropriate" ie give more tickets to the big/rich clubs, that are going to snap up most of the "neutral" tickets anyway.

Genuine speculation here and very much string on a pin board here… but maybe it’s because the SF and Final are both at Wembley, which is owned by the FA, becomes the home ground, and therefore the FA has complete say in what happens just like all the other home grounds in the previous rounds… 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don't both clubs have to agree with these prices?

Both clubs have to agree cup prices with the home club usually leading the proposal. So if they’ve got tourists that will pay £X on a Friday night they’ll suggest we have to also for a similar view. Our club can challenge it of course.

In most of the FA Cup’s history, ticket pricing for visiting fans had to be agreed by both competing clubs, however a 2017 FA rule change freed up host clubs to effectively charge whatever they like.

The FA pandering to the big clubs again

Like the way the club have worded the following "Original allocation reduced from 3099 to 1814 based on forecasted attendance" why not tell the truth and put "Original allocation reduced from 3099 to 1814 based on the rip off prices being charged by Manchester Utd".
