To be fair to RVN he was dealt a crap set of players who were never going to stay up. Had no money to improve the squad in Jan. Think it will be his choice as to whether he stays or goes. If we can keep the nucleus of this side with Fatawu back and a few youngsters in the frame then I think we will do well next season.

Would you do the "honourable" thing and walk when you know there's a big redundancy cheque waiting?

Incidentally, there is no honour in football just like our Parliament where they're even called Right Honourable Members!!

They will sack him as Top will deflect all his failing onto Ruud. This is on Top and Rudkin first and foremost

And the majority of the players.

All depends on compensation and how much smaller it is now we are down.

As others have said some of the non-coaching staff should also do the honourable thing and walk.

He won’t walk, why should he, especially if he feels that a lot of the conversations and promises made on him joining then changed, he was given minimal support  in the January window despite leading up to it hin regularly saying he was promised significant support.

With hindsight I very much doubt he would have joined had he known the truth, hence the supposed talks about him offering his resignation, and Top persuading him to stay on, in and around the Tottenham game.

Truth time .... our relegation is wholly down to Ruud van Noidea ..   didn't get anything extra from the squad in terms of performance, poor tactics and team selections, inability to get the team to score goals, no mental toughness , no pride or passion ... he was hoodwinked by Rudkin and Top ... and grinning like a Cheshire cat when you have just got the club relegated with a track record of wins and goals scored like he has .... sum him and the club up ...... FAILURES ... May it remain on your CV forever

I am under the impression that Ruud is so keen to talk to the board because he's after his relegation bonus. Someone  (probably Rudkin) messed up when writing the new contracts for the manager and players and inserted a bonus for going down and a 20% wage increase, with an option to extend their contract.

It's the only explanation for the teams RVN puts out each week and why more than half the team are playing like they couldn't give a toss, or are completely inept.
